FAQ: Despite of the light lights up, why does mist not produce？
Due to the air nozzle is very thin,it disperse oil into tiny particles and waft them far,it could be blocked by thick oils or dust. At the first time, pls fill some alcohols in the bottle and switch on the machine to clean the nozzle. If the nozzle has been hindered, pls follow same treatment to clean nozzle.If it still dosn't work, pls contact aftersale team. We will replace a new nozzle for free. Why won the diffusers not turn on nor charge ?When the diffusers stop working at first time or after working for few days? The battery enter into self-protection program due to affected by outter condition or transportation. pls contact aftersale team. We will replace a new one for free. 
Note:
 * Please use high quality pure botanical essential oils. Thick essential oils such as resin and sandalwood oil are not recommended, in case the nozzle be blocked. 
 * Please clean the spray nozzle with alcohol as per the manual before you change another type of essential oil, in case the nozzle be blocked.
 * Please do not overtum the diffuser or leave the diffuser on its side while there is oil in the bottle. This will make the oil enter the air pump and cause irreparable damage to the diffuser.
